COMITI Marketing ("COMITI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and services, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors to our website, prospective clients, clients, and newsletter subscribers.

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, business name, marketing goals, budget range, and any message content submitted through our forms or consultations.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interaction events.
• Client campaign data: where we manage marketing on your behalf, we access advertising, analytics, and CRM data belonging to your business.

As a Canadian business we comply with PIPEDA and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25. We obtain meaningful consent before collecting personal information, limit collection to identified purposes, maintain safeguards appropriate to sensitivity, and provide a named privacy contact for complaints and access requests.

We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms — under agreements requiring confidentiality and appropriate security.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and client records for as long as required by contract and law. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and regulators of a material breach as required by law.

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
